Finally, the transformation occurred! On October 28th 2008, Firefly Performance became A Cherry on Top, and we had a big party to celebrate.
It may have been cold and wintery outside, but inside Village Underground the atmosphere was electric. We transformed this restored Victorian warehouse by lighting it beautifully and creating a performance area at either end of the space. Here, our brilliant stilt and Can-Can performers brought these stunning costumes and characters to life.
Giant glittering cherries were hung from above and photographs of all the costumes were displayed in case you missed one of the acts.
